Frosty Hats (gift containers)

Made these adorable Frosty's hat for neighbor gifts 5" circle for brim cut on cricut, 3x12 piece of black card stock for hat band/top score bottom at 1/4 inch and notch to form glue tabs, score one side 1/4 inch for glue strip to form circle! Fill with treats!
